Our mobile site "knows" where you are and will find you the closest car share vehicle whenever you need one. It's a great option for sharing on the go - and we want you to get the most out of it.
With your "location settings" enabled, your phone can tell the system precisely where you are when you need a car. And it only works with that setting on! We'll start searching from there, so you'll get the car that's closest to you, without you having to choose it. What could be easier?
Our mobile site gives you a short window (seven days) to search for cars, so you don't need to mess with a full-size calendar. If you need to search beyond the next week, call or log-in to the main website.
When you see your search results, each vehicle has a circle indicating availability.
Note: If you select a vehicle with a yellow circle, our system will automatically change your time to accommodate the reservation that’s in your way –you won’t get the time you searched for, you’ll get the time available!
Unless you check that you’d like to see it, you won’t get an estimate of the reservation cost before you book it. If you have available credit, we’ll apply it to your reservation but you won’t see any indication of that before you book.

Logging in on your iPhone is simple when you add PhillyCarShare to your home screen. Here are the easy steps:
First, make sure your location settings are enabled – this won't work if they're not!
Now, navigate to the mobile login and sign in with your member number and password (the same that you use for the website).
Once you're logged in, you're at PhillyCarShare's Main Menu. From here, tap the bookmark icon at the bottom of your browser.
Tap "Add to Home Screen" from the options presented.
And… DONE!
If you're having trouble connecting or are getting a timeout error, there are a couple of things to check before you give up on mobile access. If you try all the fixes (below) and still can't connect, email Member Services and tell us what phone, browser, and settings you're using so we can try to fix the problem.
Unlike our main website, which will automatically log you off after a period of inactivity, our mobile site will keep you logged in until you manually log off. Since you're responsible for any reservations made on your account, we suggest that you manually log off after you are finished booking your trip.
